We do not offer returns on this product, except in cases of manufacturing or shipping damages. Write to us at admin@pistonandco.com within two days of purchase in this case along with a detailed, uninterrupted unboxing video to support your claim. 

We can only offer return and refund if the defective product is unused and has tags intact. 

Once the return is approved, your refund will be initiated within two working days and it should reflect in your source account within 7-15 working days.
