Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Piston & Co., we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to love what you wear. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Order Modification & Cancellation

We accept order modifications and cancellations within 24 hours of order placement. Please email us at [your support email] with your order number and requested changes. After this window, your order will be processed and shipped, and we will no longer be able to make changes.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact

  • The item must be returned in the same packaging it was delivered in

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@pistonandco.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item (subject to approval) and placing a new order for the desired product.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as undergarments or accessories (caps, socks, etc.) may be marked as final sale and are non-returnable. This will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
